Ms. Evelyn Gope joined ICBA as Project Officer in 2019. She is responsible for coordinating projects, mainly the IFAD-funded project titled “Improving Agricultural Resilience to Salinity through Development and Promotion of Pro-poor Technologies” (Botswana, Gambia, Namibia, Mozambique, Togo, Sierra Leonne and Liberia). Her duties involve coordinating with project partners, tracking project progress, budgets and deliverables.
She previously worked for the Global Water Partnership Southern Africa, and Plan International, Zimbabwe. She has experience in water management and food security programs as well as experience in project management, which includes planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as stakeholder management.
Ms. Evelyn Gope holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Science from the UNESCO-IHE Delft, the Netherlands.
