Ms. Diletta Ciolina

Ms. Diletta Ciolina joined ICBA as Proposal Development Specialist in 2015. She is currently Project Specialist. She is in charge of managing projects within DRI Division from start to end, including planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating according to pre-determined timelines and budgets. Her duties include building and managing project teams, reporting to project funders and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles.

Before joining ICBA, she had worked as an international marketing executive for Parmalat, an Italian food company. She started working in the non-profit sector in 2009 as a food security and nutrition project manager for LVIA, an Italian NGO, in Burundi, D.R. Congo and Burkina Faso.

She holds an M.A. in International Relations, University of Trieste, Italy, and a master's degree in food and agribusiness, Catholic University in Cremona, Italy.
