Halt soil salinization, boost soil productivity
The book of proceedings of the GSAS21 contains the papers presented during the Global Symposium on Salt-affected Soils that was held on 20-22 October 2022. The papers provide the up-to-date scientific knowledge and practical solutions for mapping, assessment, rehabilitation, and sustainable management of saline and sodic soils as well as policy recommendations on actions needed to manage salt-affected soils, prevent soil degradation, and upscale good practices and technologies on these soils.
