ICBA Global Youth Poster Competition on Climate-smart Solutions

  • ICBA Global Youth Poster Competition on Climate-smart Solutions

Climate change is a global challenge and as such calls for global solutions. Every nation and segment of society has a role to play. But as the main stakeholders of the future, youth must take center stage in climate action.

To engage young people in climate action, ICBA is inviting university students from around the world to participate in a global youth poster competition.

Held under its flagship youth program called ICBA Youth Engagement Society (ICBA YES), the competition is a means to encourage young people to propose innovative climate-smart solutions for food security, agricultural productivity and environmental sustainability. Their ideas and actions will be a key driver of innovation for future farming.

Proposed solutions can cover a range of subjects related to food security, climate-smart agriculture and environmental sustainability focusing on:

  • Water
  • Crops
  • Soil
