Mrs. Suzan Al Mulla

Mrs. Suzan Al Mulla joined ICBA in February 2021 as People Resources Specialist.

She is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and systems according to ICBA’s objectives, UAE labor laws and best international practices.

She has more than 10 years of experience in HR functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, Emiratization and HR government relations.

Prior to this role, she had worked with leading multinational companies like the Emirates Group and Sharaf Group.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in human resources management from the University of Jazeera in Dubai, the UAE.
